LOGICALIS – Sydney
Logicalis, an International provider of integrated IT solutions and managed services, were relocating into new premises after a decade. The objective was to modernise their work place by establishing an Activity Based Work (ABW) environment. However, on obtaining detail user brief it was established that some groups within the business were not ready yet to embrace ABW work environment and instead preferred conventional work environment they were used to.
The management opted for the development of partial ABW environment ie; for all Professional and Technical staff in ABW environment, leaving the Admin and Accounts group in conventional work spaces, considering this fitout being an interim step towards fully ABW transition for the next move.
Working closely with the key representatives from within Logicalis, we were able to understand their business and establish key objectives at early stage, in order to design a space that is reflective of their corporate requirements to assist in the enhancement of their employee productivity levels.
The work area combines formal meeting and quiet rooms with relaxed breakout and interactive spaces for brainstorming sessions and collaboration.
