ISPT – The Owners of the building wanted to improve the presentation of the building entry, foyer, lift lobbies, lift car and amenities areas to secure existing tenants, attract new tenants and improve rental return.
The building was originally constructed in the 1960’s and contains a number of heritage ‘listed’ artworks by Tom Bass and Douglas Annand. The building has over time gone through various changes and upgrades which has seen major changes in features and finishes.
Our design approach was to simplify and minimise various elements and finishes present and any modifications to the building/interior were to be in sympathy with the original architecture, while retaining and enhancing the artworks present.
